4.3 Cancellations and Final Sale
You may cancel an order at any time before its shipping label is created, and Pepvida will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once its shipping label has been created, an order can no longer be cancelled, and once it has shipped, all sales are final.
4.4 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Pepvida support may result in account suspension and further action.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Regions
Pepvida ships worldwide, including Canada, the United States, and international destinations.
5.2 Processing and Delivery Times
Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days within Canada and 5 to 14 business days to the US and internationally. These are typical times, not guarantees.
5.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
5.4 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
An order cancelled before its shipping label is created is refunded in full to the original payment method. Due to the nature of research materials:
- Once an order has shipped, all sales are final
- No returns or exchanges
- Damaged, wrong or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and a photo
Pepvida reviews every report. Once the photo confirms the issue, a missing or wrong item is sent at no cost to you, and a damaged item is replaced, or store credit is issued where a replacement is not possible. See the full Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, product names, and documentation are the property of Pepvida and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Warranty Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Pepvida makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes or suitability for any specific application.
Pepvida’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
